I'm working remotely and need someone to retrieve a document from the printer. How can I do that when I have to use my badge to retrieve any copies?
It may be sometimes beneficial to allow a nominated user in your department to release jobs printed by another user.
A team assistant may be required to collect documents sent to a queue by a manager, team member, etc.
This is known as delegated printing. The nominated user can be configured to release print jobs for a single user,
multiple users, or an entire department group. This option can only be setup by the Papercut Admin at the discretion of
management's approval.
